Poor Quality Bed

I bought a bed on the 14th December 2018 at OK Furnishes at Hlahatsi Shopping Centre in Katlehong. Not long after did I notice the mattress making a whole. I went into the shop to report. I have been communicating with a gentleman by the name of Jabu. It's been ongoing for months and I keep being promised a new mattress. Jabu told me my new mattress would be delivered but when the time passed I went back to the store he told me he has been on leave then again said the factory is closed for the year. The bed is not even a year and already it has faults and I am not getting any assistance from anyone Twana ***
