Poor Quality and Workmanship with pathetic Service at Westgate Mall Cape Town

<p>Bought a lounge Suite late last year, had to call them to collect and swap it as the stitches was undone as soon as i took the plastic off. Then my son was sc**** badly on the back by a nail that came out, I called and spoke to a very Arrogant Mr Isaacs, that want to collect the lounge suite without replacing it, so I had to keep one behind, its been weeks!!! Is this fair? I bought and paid already over R8000.00 for nothing!!!!! </p>
