Poor quality and old used furniture sold as if its new

I bought couches at Bothaville OK furniture and I received a very bad services...I bought couches and a plasma stand cash because I loved them but after patiently waiting for 4 days, finally when my stuff got delivered one couch had a hole it's like it got burned or maybe mistake while packing it and the TV stand was also damaged like it had hit hard on something....I decided to call them so they changed that broken part of the stand n later after 2 days delivered a so called "new couch"...so they said...my question is how come a new couch doesn't feel like a new couch I called them back n told them that the couch they delivered sinks in when I sit on it like im about to be swallowed in by it..they promised to exchange it right now it's been almost three weeks so please... I am still waiting and I wont stop complaining till I get what I paid for otherwise I'll never buy in that shop and I'll make sure that people know about the kind of bad services you give to your customers...how come I get cheap second hand furniture while I paid a lot and cash for those things no come on OK get your house in order
