Poor quality and false advertising

In July 2022 I've visited one of your store looking to purchase a base set which I saw on special however you were out of stock and I ended buying my second option which was the Restonic Symphony worth R4000,I only use the bad to sleep at night as during the day I'll be in office but I've noticed the matras of the bad was very hard but I thought because it was a new bad it'll will be softer as I sleep on it ,the matras of the bad is still uncomfortable harder and I see it's getting flatter, I really need your assistance as I doubt I was given the same product I purchase if possible I will appreciate it if you can send someone to come and check /evaluate it or exchange it for me as I am very disappointed and also I feel like I waisted my money by buying in your store
