Poor Quality

we bought a new bed at OK FURNITURE STORE IN MITCHELL'S PLAIN TOWN CENTER in February we reported immediately to Kotala our sales assistant that we feel a spring pinching on the bed soon as it has arrived, we had to inform Kotala every time we went to make payment that they should collect the bed and replace with new one, months passed with promises that it will be collected, then i went in again and another co worker advised we sent picture that we did still with no repose the pinch has gotten so bad that i now put extra blankets on the spring pinching through and this is a brand new BED although the service is so bad we continue to make payments on time and to top it all we bought the bed in February and settled our bed account + 2 new phones we already month ago, for 1st time customers the service that we getting from OK is PATHETIC and the manager is very I DON'T CARE ATTITUDE is the way we should be treated our money is good enough our patients is worn out why must i sleep on a BED that is not satisfactory... i want results i want a new bed its been 10 months with no response freak-en from the shop or manager i am livid i am cross i am upset! i am disgusted at the service
