Poor Online Service Delivery

I purchased a washing machine online on the 18th December 2021 and I was told that delivery will be within 7 - 10 working days but it's now over 10 working days and I haven't received my update on my delivery. Has anyone ever purchased something online with this store, is their online service legit. This was my first time purchasing with them online. Please help.
