Poor & Low quality Products

I bought a Fridge Cash and they sold me an old / used Fridge the plastic outside the fridge was starting to peel and the rubber on the bottom door was not closing properly air was entering. And this was supposed to be a brand new product. When I called in to let them know they were not interested to give me a new fridge instead they hid behind their 7 day exchange or return policy document and just got a technician to come and repair the opening. I am still sitting with an old looking fridge. Very unhappy they care about selling products rather than customer satisfaction. Be careful when buying from them especially Appliances. WatchOut.
