Poor dynamics

I got the most horrible experience at OK FURNITURE Bela Bela, I went in store on Tuesday and made a cash purchase of items that I was told I'll get on Friday. Fast forward to Thursday the agent calls me to tell me that I need to pay double for transport because I purchased alot of items and they can't make one load. Then on Friday which is today I'm still here waiting for a delivery of items then I get a call from the driver telling me that he will make the delivery first thing tomorrow morning because he had other deliveries. I'm so dissatisfied and disappointed. The whole thing defeated it's purpose of surprising my mom for her birthday
