Poor Customer servive.

I bought a fridge on the 4th of March 2019 at OK Furniture Ermelo , after 3 weeks it stopped working . I have been communicating with Ms Enna Magago that I believe to be there store manager of Elukwatini Branch. She said she is waiting for a stock, suppliers are not coming through for her. It has been a whole month of me and my family calling OK Furniture with no assistance. I spoke to her today(23/04/2019). She said he is still waiting for KCI fridge and she has a lot of reject on her stock. Where should I keep the grocery in the meantime? I bought this fridge because I needed it.
