Poor customer service

My Mother bought a Bennett Read microwave at Ok Furniture ( west street) Durban on the 12 November 2021 only to find that it's faulty... upon returning it to the store she was told that they will "fix " the microwave instead of having it exchange with a new one or giving her a refund... the store assistant that was assisting her was very rude & unprofessional...
