Poor customer service and no response

Good Day

My partner purchased a restonic dream therapy bed in September.In December the base broke.He went back to OK furnitures in Eldorado Park on the 09.12.2019 where he bought it. A guy by the name of Brendon who works for OK furniture promised to follow up and give him a call the following day of which he did not.We are really dissatisfied with this bed.I feel OK furniture's was quick for the cash but slow to consider the us.
