Poor customer service and disgusting delivery system

I bought a bed at Ok Dobsonville on Saturday and I was promised it would be delivered in the morning. I called them around three to find out about the delivery, the lady by the name of Rose told me it would be delivered before end of day today now its 5 still nothing when I call them back their line keeps saying the line is busy.
