Poor Customer Service

Okay so almost two weeks later and i still have no quote from this individual nor does he respond to any of the text messages sent to him.<br> <br> Is this how we deliver service in this Country and do we only work with one individual? <br> <br> Seriously for a company who has been in the trade for as long as you have surely we should have an alternative or back up in place. <br> <br> I will not be lead to believe that only one person in the entire Gauteng Region provides quotes.<br> <br> I await an URGENT reply or else I will go Viral on this lack of customer service from OK."""
