Poor customer service

I went to buy bar stools at OK in Robinson Road Queenstown, I was told they only had 1 of the 3 stools I wanted,However ,I could go collect the other two stools at cathcath road as I was in a hurry to return to work. I therefore paid for the stools and was given an invoice so I could collect the other stools at the cathcath road OK furnitures. When I got there I was rudely told that I could not receive the stools because 'they are on display'. I didn't understand that they couldn't tuin their precious display for a customer who wanted the stools and had already payed for them. I escalated the matter and contacted their regional manager who told me I could collect the stools the next day at 12. When I got there at about 5pm I had to wait for 40minutes before I could be given the chairs because only only person in the entire store could release the chairs so I could leave with the chairs. They even closed their doors while we were in the store. When I took it up with their manager at the store she told me they had other customers to serve as well and I should've come at 12 instead of the time I came. Honestly the most useless manager I've ever come across as she failed to address me the day before and give me the stools I wanted as I've paid for them, then having made me wait again the next day for close to an hour because her store has only one warehouse clerk and no one else can release my goods to me. OK should make it clear both to their management and staff that they Need us as customers to make their business. Without customers they will be left unemployed.
