poor customer service

On the 25/07/2015 i went to ok furniture shop we came in and browse.and we had to wait for more than 30minutes, without any service i had to go and asked if there is someone who can assist us .and still the sales rep they were busy concentrating outside where ther was accident,they were very bad is like they were foing us a favour i end up walking out of the store because of the bad service.that was the bad service i have ever experienced.
