Poor customer service

My Mother bought a freezer last year September, it stopped working in October, she had to sit for a month, eventually November they sent a Technician to our house to repair it. 2 days later the freezer is still not working. Freezer was bought from Ok furniture Brits. We are calling without any assistance this is unprofessional
