Poor customer experience

I'm having the worst experience ever with okay stores wynberg. I purchased a few items and was promised a delivery on the same day or the next day. I called in today and spoke to the manager who promised to call me in half a hour however, I'm the one having to run after her as I have not received the call as promised. I get excuses every time I call that she is either busy or outside. This is the worst customer experience ever. I'm am slowly starting to regret doing business with OK. I'm left in the dark with no answers to me. Where is my delivery???? When????
