Poor Customer care..Turn around time of delivery...OK Furniture is a ****

They deserve no stars at all, i bought a washing machine from the Midrand branch and requested delivery to be done in Kimberley... 6 days later i have still not received my order and I'm being advised by the supervisor in Kimberley that i will most probably only receive my order next week so that's another 10 days in waiting...the competence in this store has left a bitter taste in my mouth i feel like i was ****med.....What happened to the quality of customer care....
