Poor customer care at OK FURNITURE LEBOWAKGOMO

<p>I bought a bedroom suite on lay-by and made the last payment today. It was only when they were suppose to deliver it that they called me back to inform me that it has been sold. They requested that I take another furniture but I wanted a refund.</p> <p>They demanded that I bring all previous receipts or affidavit before they could give back my money. I don't have receipts, except the one for today; which cleabindicate that the lay-by is settled and they owe me so, why should I be posted from one pillar to the other as if I am the one responsible for all this mismanagement.</p> <p>They have computers and hopefully keeps their records well so what are affidavits for. They have wronged me and I have to pay even more for being wronged.</p> <p>Please help me get my refund peacefully without problems or hassles.</p>
