Poor and Pathetic Service....Very Disgusting

I would like to show great dissatisfaction in OK Furnitures. I sent in my TV for repairs on the 12/02/2018 and to this day it has not been fixed, its way past their given SLA time and yet no feedback is given as i have to keep calling them to no avail. On the 26th through to the 27th of March i gave them a call and on all occasions i was told to hang up and i will be called again and this never happens at all. I am absolutely disgusted in the level of service and feel that this poor service should actually be broadcasted to the entire country. Meanwhile at home i have no TV at home and the kids are not able to continue watching their educational programs as prescribed on dvd by their school as i have no viewing ability. Its been more than 28 days and still nothing nor feedback at the least. I personally would never recommend getting or purchasing any item at Ok to anyone period!!.
