Please stay away from OK Furniture Store - Worst Customer Experience EVER!

We purchased kitchen cabinets for my grandmothers home. We did not see them until a week after they were delivered. The cabinets are tearing and breaking. The nails in the cabinets are exposed inside. The door handles were assembled on the interior of the cabinets. The worst quality I have ever seen, and they were not cheap! I called Ok they said I should send an email, I receive an automated response, I called back 5 days later and was put on hold for 12minutes and noone answered, and my emails have been ignored. We would like a refund, and for OK to come and fetch their terrible product and their delivery service needs to refund us because they assembled the cabinets in a ********** way on top of the poor quality, they do not care about their clients. The damage to the poorly manufactured good also probably happened at delivery phase, so OK should find another company. How on earth do you put cabinet doors in the interior of the cabinet? Who are these people?
