PLEASE HELP,what should I do?

please help I bought a tv at OK furnitures and I insured it so it was ******.I opened a case and they took long to give the case number,I waited until they gave me the case number,went to OK furnitures to claim my t.v. back and told them it was ****** but they said they can't help because I came late,I should claim after 2 months there's nothing that they can do.what should I do cause im still paying for the t.v. and the insurance that can't give me my t.v back?
