Please help

I very disappointed with OK Furniture Alex Mall with their service I bought a bed January 2024(Logan brand) I used it for a month the next month mattress broke down I reported the matter they gave me an email to send part where it broke I sent they never rep**** I visited several times they done assist me I really need help
