****ed off customer

I bought a K.I.C fridge in 2016 at OK store in Belhar. Was inlove with the fridge up until it started giving me issues. Few months after purchasr date, my fridge started giving me problems. I contacted OK about it and they lodged a complaint, resulting in K.I.C technicians to come out and have a look at my fridge. Apparently according to the technicians it got something to do with a pipe in the back of the fridge that caused problems. They replaced it and not long after it gave problems again. Technicians came out again and said they will fix it, was also the same problem and also the water dispenser gave issues, it was leaking. Not long ago I experienced same problem with this pipe again. Technicians were suppose to come out,hence couldn't due to a vehicle break down. They then had to come the next day but didn't. I went back to Ok to find out whats going but received no answer from K.I.C and OK Store people. Now I've got 2 payments left amd never missed a payment. But it seems like cause I only have 2 payments they won't do anything about my issue. I'm really dissapointed with regards to the service I've been receiving so far firstly and secondly the fact that they not prepared to assist me with my issue at hand, not bothered at all. I honestly would nevet ever recommend anyone purchase any K.I.C appliances at Ok furniture store in Belhar airport mall as they only care of about accepting your money and not keeping customer happy and delivering excellent services. I utterly disappointed with the services and **** response I'm getting from OK store
