Pay my money back

It's been 4days since I waited for my refund, I laybye fridge 6 months ago and I won't be able to pay, so I went to Stellenbosch to tell them, they agree but they said I must wait for cash sale customer in order for me to get my money back, I waited in the store for 2 day but there were no customers paying cash, they said they gonna if anything comes up. I'm very disappointed with store manager for making that highly standard store like cheap store. Please I want my money back when I paid my money, I didn't wait for days I paid upfront, so please pay my money back.
