Pathetic service/unprofessional

Bought a bed from Ok Furniture Blue Downs for my elderly mother,mattress was defective and after a 1 month back and forth ,they decided to replace the mattress.

They scheduled a collection of the mattress for 9 the morning(30th Sep 2021) and delivery of the new mattress was going to be before 6 (30th September 2021)same day!

And no delivery my mom was left without a bed to sleep on
