Pathetic Service - Pay Back My Money

I purchased a couple of items (4 in total) through the online platform and 7 days later my nominated OK branch ( ********** ) for collection has not received any correspondence from the online team and multiple attempts to contact the online team ( ********** ) or customer services (0 ********** 61) or OK head office ( ********** ) have been a waste of time as the lines has been engaged since Monday from 08h00 to 16h00. All I need at this stage its my money back as this pathetic company can not deliver or at least communicate to me as a customer.

I thought online services were meant to simplify our lives but this is pathetic and I advice to never use this pathetic platform for any purchases at this pathetic retail and as for me, they can consider me a lost customer.
