Pathetic service Ok malamulele

I bought a fridge cash last month in Ok furnitures malamulele branch. The fridge was deleverd faulty , from day 1 the frdge was not working , they sent a technician to come n fix it ..a month later it stopped working , i then call the branch to report this matter , the sales lady by the name of florah answerd n told me tht she already logged a call with defy to cum n fix it, my question to her was for how long wil this frdge b fixed ? She then started fuming n threatening to hang the col on me . I asked her for defys contact number she gave me a wrong number n hung up ..her attitude stinks shes got no customer service s****s, she cant even talk poperly on the phone ..we r now sitting with a frdge that is not working , nobody is saying anything n it was bought cash
