Pathetic Service Ok Furnitures Cathcart Road Queenstown

I made a lay-bye for a coffee table at Ok Furnitures Queenstown in November and because I was in a hurry I paid it off on the 27th of December already. They told me that the table will only arrive the following week from their East London warehouse. Weeks went by and I contacted them again on the 7th of January, they told me the same pathetic story of waiting for stock from East London. East London is only 2 hours away from Queenstown what could possibly hinder them from delivering? Yesterday I personally went to the store to request a refund as I cannot wait for them any longer. They took me from pilar to post and eventually said I must come some other day because they didn't have cash readily available for me to get. Pathetic Pathetic Service from Ok furnitures!
