Pathetic Service OK Furniture Vredenburg.

I bought a fridge and a panasonic sound system at OK furniture on the 11/03/18.A few days passed and i reported that the fridge is not working after another couple of days and phone calls they replaced the fridge more or less on the 22/23 march.On the 24th of March 2018 we reported that the sound sistem was faulty and brought it in the following day 25/3/18.

OK FURNITURE didn't come back to us regarding the sound system and have only found out on the 16/04/18 that apparently the speaker is broken and that they DON'T insure the speakers!?!? I read through all the terms and conditions does not specify that they dont cover for the speakers. I would like a refund in what i already paid or a brand new system!@! The gentleman working on the floor is also extremely arrogant makes a PERSON FEEL UNCOMFORTABLE asking for any help or assistance in this matter.
