Pathetic service OK furniture Fochville

We bought a hisense fridge and it was delivered just before the lockdown started. We then transported the fridge to khutsong as it was bought as a gift. Upon opening the package it was discovered that Ok furniture in Fochville had delivered the wrong fridge. By then the lockdown had already started and Ok was closed. Last we then advised OK that they need to come collect the fridge as its not what we bought they told us that we need to bring the fridge to the store and they can only give us what they have on display. After a long argument with the sales person she then said she will source another fridge but i still need to bring the fridge to the store as they cannot send a driver to khutsong. Im being told that the operates without a manager as she resigned. Im disgusted with the service i have received from OK furniture fochville.
