Pathetic service

I purchased a bed from OK furniture online do their delivery was so expensive so I opted to collect from my nearest town on their list I saw Nquthu has less kilometers so I chose Nquthu but on my surprise I received an email that my bed is ready for collection in Newcastle I responded to the email no response no communication from the or what so ever once you done with the purchase they don't do a follow up or anything
