Pathetic service delivery

<p>OK furniture Cala has once again outdid themselves with bad service delivery...<br />Around Easter weekend i reported a problem with my refrigerator to a salesman of OK furnitures, Samuel Mnyombolo, who kindly asked me to call him on Tuesday the 18th to remind him. I called OK furnitures and asked to be put through to Samuel, to which i was informed that he had since resigned, amd was put through to a guy called zukisa, who was said to be the stock clerk.</p> <p>I spoke to zukisa on that Tuesday and reported the matter. He told me i'd have to look for the relevant papers and bring them to the store, i have had the refrigerator fixed before, and no papers were required, and i believe they do have their own copies and the system and i did not even know where i had placed them. I informed Zukisa about this and he said i had to look for them.</p> <p>I called the following day informing him that i could not find the papers, to which he said he would look into the system for my info. He promised to call me and give me feedback as to when the refrigerator would be fixed.</p> <p>2 weeks passed and i had not heard from Zukisa, i called again to enquire and he blatantly told me he had forgotten and he had alot on his mind. I asked him when he thought the refrigerator could be fixed, he told me he would call the people who were gonna fix it, i then asked him to call me back again with feedback because now i have to keep calling in order to get feedback, but its his responsibility to do so.</p> <p>It was on Monday the 15th when i called, an sms was sent to me informing me that a Darrel would be calling me within 24hours. Zukisa called me to ask who the sms said would be fixing the refrigerator, to which i told him amd he said he would call him and find out when he would be coming, as i had informed him in the beginning that i would not be available from Friday 19th to monday 22nd.</p> <p>I have been waiting till today for a call to say they are coming to fix the refrigerator or they had a problem and could not come today and reschedule, but nothing.</p> <p>My refrigerator is packed with excessive ice on top and the bottom, the bottom part does not even close anymore because of the packed ice that is now coming outside of the refrigerator, I'm unable to store anything there anymore.</p> <p>I'm very disappointed with OK furnitures in Cala, for a month to pass and a problem with your appliances which are faulty to not be solved and failing to inform the customer about what is happening, is utter disappointment.</p>
