Pathetic service

Had the worst customer service from Gareth at Kraaifontein branch. I entered the store the security asked him for assistance, he was busy sending voice notes on his phone whilst sitting at his desk, he showed me to come to him (He was not the least bit happy to assist a client) I walked over to the other staff member and they were just so disengaged... This guy Gareth then came and I told him no thanks I will find the iron on my own. He walked away and said he doesn't have the energy for this.... I asked for management as his disgusting behavior was appalling. He got the supervisor and gave him his end... He was utterly rude.... He kept on saying he will rather keeps his 'BEK' after I told him he has no customer etiquette. Does OK furniture employ such hooligans. Disappointed. I left the store without purchasing because. The Supervisor just stood there after I asked for the Area manager or Regional. Pathetic service
