Pathetic service at ok

I went to buy double bed and got bad service I was told the stock in their warehouse is available and I went to fetch the base set was sold out long ago and they did not have bed of the same amount and refused to give me on the closer value and I left without bed. I asked for toilets while waiting for the papers after I bought and they refused toilet saying they do not offer to customers as I might leave mess on their toilets. This is ok furnitures Motherwell
