pathetic service and *********** staff

I bought a radio from OK-cash, and it was faulty I took it back for repairs after 3 weeks no response.tried getting feedback and no-one bothered getting back to me again.I went to the store requesting answers and a refund due to the bad service and *********** staff.I want my money back. I left the store without my money and furious,because now I need to go back again for my money.I paid for the radio now I'm without a radio and my money!I WANT MY MONEY BACK!
