Pathetic Service and FALSE promises

2025 Black Friday the Ok Furniture ran specials. Upon arrival to the Kariega (Uitenhage) branch NO stock was available. I was informed that they only sold the stock they had and NEVER ordered for the promotion. I left with a heavy heart as the one staff member were very rude and unprofessional and claiming it is not her problem and turned her back on me.

I went to their website and saw the product online with available stock. I immediately jumped, pay and receive a mail with confirmation that my delivery will be within 5 - 7 business days.

After 4 days, I phones R 200 airtime, with NO assistance as NO ONES was answering the phone. I later emailed them request a tracking nr. I got a response stating they have NO stock and wait to source stock from other branches and will only recieve my Black Friday product which I paid the 30th of November 2025 after the 19th of December 2025?

I am so not happy with this, and very dissapointed. They took my money, under false adverti*****t of availibility.

PLEASE I NEED MY PRODUCT in the 5 -7 business days, WHICH ENDS 9th of December 2025.
