Pathetic service

<p>I bought a washing machine and a micro wave on the 31st of August in ok furniture sasolburg,but was only given a washing machine due to no stock of the microwave. I was told that they will deliver the microwave in 3 days when they receive stock,but they didn't. I went back again they told me the lady who was assisting me is off so they can't assist me. I went again to ask for a refund because it has been over a week of waiting,they didn't want to assist I was told the lady who authorizes refunds is not at work. It's the 10th of September today and I still haven't received my microwave or the refund,they keep coming up with stories!!!!!! </p>
