Pathetic service

So we went to OK FURNITURE BLOEMFONTEIN to to buy a TV , but since we were there we opt to open an Account but the service was pathetic, the lady (Her name is LEBO) that helped us didn’t even greet us, instead she asked the gentleman that requested her to help us, “who we are she doesn’t know us why does she has to help us, “ the nerve. To top it off she and her colleagues screaming at each other while we sitting in from her, she than left us there went to chat with her colleagues and came back continue screaming to each in an unprofessional manner, she than than continued with us , but in between she kept leaving us to go chitchat, when she eventually finished open the Account she asked what we wanted,we told her wanted a Tv she than asked it our tv license was up to date we said no, the LEBO without asking if we want to go pay the outstanding and come back, she just gave us our documents back as she leaves her table and said she can’t help us .she left us sitting at her station while she went off to finish whatever they are gossiping/screaming at each other for, the standard of service get deteriorated by people like her, I think she need serious training, we where there last week the store was so busy with short staff but the service was good today they just screaming at each other like we not in there was just low, The store gets
