Pathetic service

Our house was broken into 6 / 7 weeks ago which we then claimed out TV which was bough at OK furniture's. We made the claim with the branch we purchased from ENNERDALE which the service we are receiving is pathetic. It is now 6 / 7weeks and no TV, all we get is excuses and that they are waiting for their head office. HOW DO YOU TREAT YOUR CUSTOMERS????? The tv has been paid with no issues and now that we have a claim we then need to wait 7weeks for it to get resolved. I even escalated to the branch manager Mashudu who is more useless, she is telling me about OK issues and their head office issues. HOW IS THAT MY ISSUE AS A CUSTOMER??? she was not even apologetic as she just didn't care, even refused with the regional managers details... IS THIS A SERVICE YOU GIVE TO YOUR CUSTOMERS??????
