Pathetic Refund system

I bought couches at OK Furniture on the 1st of June 2024 and they were delivered on the 6th of June 2024. Immediately when they were delivered I noticed that they were too big for my living area and I contacted the shop to come collect them. Three days later they were collected and I asked for a refund and I was told I'll have to wait for the store to have cash before I can get my full refund of 10k, remember when I bought the couch I swiped using my bank card and now when it's time for me to berefunded I'm told I need to wait for cash,i told the store lady im uncomfortable having to come collect 10k cash from the store and she told me thats how they do it, today is the 20th of June and I haven't received my refund I'm so ****ed, a big company like OK do not have finance department to sort out my refund?
