Pathetic online shopping

Bought some staff online on Black Friday; since then I haven’t even received a single update from OK; When I called them the number is busy and when I get through they will promise me they are busy with the order and someone will call me later or latest next day to finalize the order; if they can’t deliver they can just refund my money
