Pathetic and disgusting service

Bought a brand new KIC fridge at the Ceres branch and they delivered it on Saturday 25th July. I went back to the store to inform then that the top part of the fridge is freezing at the back and also the items in the fridge. The fridge is also making a weird sound. They nowtold me that they cant replace the fridge. I am so disappointed and discussed with the service. I COMPLAINED WITHIN THE 7DAY AND THEY DID NOTHING. No they tell me about procedures. Its a god darn new fridge not even 10 days old????
