Pathetic !!!

I am so enraged by the way OK FURNITURE Emoyeni Mall treated my mother. She put a lay-buy on January for a microwave, and went to pay it off Mid March and was told that the microwave was sold, she was told that they will source one for her. They found one and it was malfunctioning. When she got home the microwave was not working, she was told they will fix it for her, for what reason?? They are refusing to refund her money, my mom was crying and has been going there countless times spending R100per day just to be told that if she wants to sleep in the shop she’s free to do so but they won’t help her?? How pathetic. When I call the shop they answer like they are answering their friends. Thuli answered the call and she was very rude and they pretend as if they can’t hear me when I tell them that I am going to lodge a complaint. Is this how OK Brand treats customers??
