Parow OK Furniture

Purchased a new cellphone at Parow OK Furniture, 2023-08-23 my SIM couldn't be registered due to the system. No communication I had to call the store to speak to the sales person if there is progress. Then he said there is another store but they can't do it now as they are busy. I called this other store more than willing to help me if I bring the SIM card. I need the SIM card to use in the device due to the warranty if I do not use this specific SIM will nullify it. Never again will use this store.
