Outstanding tv

I bought a 48 inch flat screen tvat OK furnishers in westgate mall. Mitchell's plain. In January I called them to tell them the TV is broken. Because it was under guarantee still I took it back. They said it would take 21 days to fix. 30 later I went back to the shop to find the TV still standing inside the shop because they forgot to book the TV for repairs. After much ado the TV was send away and 30 days later I was informed they are still waiting for parts of a mother board that must be imported from duno where to fix the TV. Another 30 days later I visited the shop to find out the TV is being fixed at some Muslim guy who fix their TVs instead of the company LG the make of the TV that was suppose to fix the TV. I'm still waiting on both the TV or feedback of the whereabouts of the TV or the conditions whether it is fix or not. My question is were they not suppose to replace the TV with a new one seeing that it was under guarantee
