Outstanding Customer Service

I went to okay furniture Alex mall, looking for a toploader machine (I actuly started next door but the ladies there were focusing on scrubing the floor and ignoring me) . I was approached by Siyabonga who went all out explaining different brands and I ended up being interest in one but had never heard about the brand, Itold him let me go do a bit of reseach and will come back to him. I called him back and he said because the machine was on promo they dont have much stock and i asked if I dont mind the demo and i said i will only buy it if he finds me a new one. He promised to look for it, and kept me updated all the time. I just want to say thank you it was delivered yesterday and today he called to check if I am happy with my purchase. Great customer servise Siya and the OK Alex Mall team will definatetly come back and refer more people
