Order not delivered and no feedback provided

I purchased a sale item on the OK online shop on 7 June 2019 but up until today they have not delivered the goods nor updated me about the status of my order. I tried reaching out to them but the call was not answered. I sent an email there was no response. This is very frustrating if they don't have the goods they must refund me.
