Online shopping

I have bought furniture online...immediately after making a payment via eft their system didn't generate order number...their system frozen...while money was out of my account...I called they asked me to send POP...I did send it,I received email saying "Hi Mr Khotso Mahlangu, Thank you for your order placed on the OK Furniture Website. Your payment has been received, and the order has been confirmed." After hours I received an email from Kganya Sithole...asking for POP again as my money doesn't reflect on their side....I tried calling again ...they didn't answer the phone for an hour...Until it was answered by kganyi sithole...explaining that the payment doesn't reflect...

I am relocating to Lephalale from Pretoria...I want to get my furniture as soon as I get to Lephalale by Saturday 27/08/2022...so they are delaying me...o though online is the best way to shop without getting problems....
