Online order

Somebody please assist me, I bought a Decoder with installation online with Ok furniture on the 11/04/23 while I was on leave thinking this will be delivered ASAP. The decoder was only delivered sometime last week without any update of whats happening with my order I’m still struggling to get someone to assist with installation. I’ve never been this frustrated with any order I did online. I thought I wanted convenience when I ordered.
